Your web-to-print storefront, website and hosting one offering.

GraphX Store is the branded storefront that runs your print shop's online sales: public retail, private B2B ordering, or both, on infrastructure GraphX manages for you. Your pricing rules, your products, your production constraints — carried across rather than rebuilt to fit the software.

§ 02Web-to-print storefront

What is a web-to-print storefront?

A web-to-print storefront is the website where a print buyer configures a job, sees correct pricing, uploads artwork and pays — with the order passing straight into production instead of into an inbox.

It can be public retail, a private B2B portal for contract accounts, or both running under one login.

§ 03Two store models

Two store models, one product.

Full Store$850/month
The unrestricted retail surface: public storefront, full B2B capability, complete platform breadth. Built for print shops selling to the public and business accounts.
Lite Store$450/site/month
A simpler buyer journey for internal, departmental and captive ordering — for buyers who already know what they need and don't need a public retail experience.

You are not locked into one forever. Shops move between models, and plenty of operations run both at once.

§ 04What’s inside

What's inside GraphX Store.

Storefront and customer experience
Public retail and private B2B in one place, multi-location ready, role-aware for the buyers who need different views of the same catalog.
Identity, accounts and B2B governance
Account hierarchies, approval routing, and role-based permissions for organizations buying at scale — not just individual checkouts.
Catalog, product builder and templates
Configurators that respect real production constraints — materials, finishing, minimums — instead of letting a customer configure something your floor can't run.
Design and proofing
Templates and personalization that work for the buyer without creating a proof bottleneck for your team.
Quote, order and fulfillment
A quote-to-order pipeline that doesn't fall apart between “I'm interested” and “I paid.”
Site administration and branding
Order management that runs your floor, not just your storefront — status, routing and production visibility in the same system that took the order.
§ 05Hosting

Hosting is included.

  • Managed cloud hosting for your storefront and website
  • Scalable compute for traffic spikes and large jobs
  • Group-rate cloud economics passed through to your shop
  • One team, one accountability — no separate hosting vendor to coordinate with your platform vendor

§ 08FAQ

FAQ.

What's the difference between Full Store and Lite Store?

Full Store is built for public retail plus B2B — the unrestricted surface most independent print shops need, at $850 per month. Lite Store is a simpler buyer journey for internal or departmental ordering, priced at $450 per site per month.

Is hosting really included, or is that a separate line item?

Included. Managed hosting, scalable compute and group-rate cloud economics are part of the GraphX Store subscription — one accountability, not two vendors to coordinate.

Can I run Full Store and Lite Store at the same time?

Yes. This is common for education and franchise operations that need a public-facing storefront and an internal ordering surface at the same time.

Will it handle how we price custom work?

Configurators are built on your real production rules — materials, finishing, sizes and minimums — and carry your tiered and contract pricing across. Custom work is quoted through the same pipeline rather than forced into a fixed retail product.

Do I have to use GraphX Pay with GraphX Store?

In the preferred operating model, yes — GraphX is your merchant processor, powered by Everyware, and that is part of why the subscription stays as competitive as it does. In-plant operations are the exception, because internal purchasing handles payment.

What happens to my existing catalog and templates?

They come across as part of the managed launch: customer accounts, order history, catalog data, templates, and artwork. Migration is run as a project by the Grow team, not handed to you as homework.
