Print, Connected.Engineered in Florida

Web-to-print platform for every kind of print operation.

GraphX is a connected web-to-print platform for print operations — one system for your storefront, payments, and managed growth support, built by people who ran print shops before they built software for them. Three products are live; ten more are in development or on the roadmap, and every one of them carries its real status.

§ 02Plain language

What is a web-to-print platform?

Web-to-print platform lets a print business take orders online through a branded storefront instead of by email, phone or PDF. Customers configure a job, see correct pricing, upload artwork and pay — and the order arrives production-ready.

It is also written web2print, web-to-print, web 2 print or W2P.

How an order reaches your floor

01 · Configure
The customer builds the job against your production rules.
02 · Price
Correct pricing shows before checkout, not after a callback.
03 · Upload
Artwork arrives attached to the order it belongs to.
04 · Pay
Payment closes with the order, production-ready.
§ 03The platform

Three products live today. Ten more built on the same foundation.

GraphX isn't three separate tools that happen to share a login. It's one platform, built in order, where each product does one job well and hands off cleanly to the next.

§ 04Live today

What you get from GraphX.

One subscription, three live products, and a team that runs the launch with you. Here's what that covers.

Live

GraphX Store

Your web-to-print storefront, website and hosting in one offering. This is where your shop sells — branded public retail, private B2B portals, or both under one login.

Explore Store
  • Public retail and private B2B portals
  • Product configurators for custom work
  • Approval routing and department billing
  • Production controls on every order
  • Tiered and contract pricing
  • Hosting and scalable compute included
Live

GraphX Pay

Payments built for how print invoices, powered by Everyware. This is where the money moves without three extra logins.

Explore Pay
  • Cards, ACH and digital wallets
  • Pay-by-text and terms invoicing
  • Deposits and partial payments
  • Department chargebacks and cost centers
  • Reconciliation posted to the order
  • One ledger across every storefront
Live

GraphX Grow

A managed launch, then steady momentum, so the site doesn't go live and stall. Support is operator-led, by a named person who knows print.

Explore Grow
  • Managed onboarding and go-live
  • Catalog and pricing migration
  • Brand setup and staff training
  • Store cloning for new sites
  • Ongoing marketing services
  • A named contact who knows print

One subscription

Here’s what that covers.

A storefront that's yours
Branded public retail, private B2B portals, or both under one login. Hosting and scalable compute are included, so there's no separate hosting vendor to coordinate with your platform vendor.
Configurators built on your production rules
Materials, finishing, sizes and minimums, so a customer can't order something your floor can't run. Your tiered and contract pricing comes across intact.
Payment that closes with the order
Cards, ACH, digital wallets, pay-by-text, terms invoicing, deposits and partial payments. Every transaction reconciles back to the order record instead of a month-end spreadsheet.
B2B governance as standard
Account hierarchies, approval routing, role-based permissions, department chargebacks and cost centers. Not a retail cart with a login bolted on.
A launch someone else runs
Catalog and pricing migration, brand setup, staff training and go-live are part of implementation, not homework you take on alongside production.
A named person who knows print
Support is operator-led, and because Pay is also your merchant processor, platform and payment questions go to the same team.
§ 05Getting live

From signed to selling, in four steps.

A launch someone else runs. Catalog and pricing migration, brand setup, staff training and go-live are part of implementation — not homework you take on alongside production.

  1. Bring your catalog

    Week 1

We import your products, pricing tiers and production rules — including supplier catalogs where you already have them.

You providea product list and your current price sheet.

  2. Configure the storefront

    Week 1–2

Choose public retail, private B2B, or both. Brand setup, configurators, approval routing and department billing go in where they apply.

You providebrand assets and who approves what.

  3. Turn on payments

    Week 2

Cards, ACH, wallets and terms invoicing go live, with reconciliation flowing straight back into the order record.

You providebanking details and your terms policy.

  4. Launch, then clone

    Ongoing

Staff training, then a managed go-live. Additional sites clone from a proven store rather than starting blank.

You providethe go-ahead. Grow handles the rest.

Tuned by what you produce

Built for the industries you sell into.

GraphX is tuned by business model and by what you produce. If your shop runs apparel and promo, wide-format and signage, packaging, or commercial print and mailing, there's a page built around exactly that.

Real launches, not a highlight reel.

We're building this section out with named customers, specific numbers, and the honest version of what a launch looks like — including what was hard, not just what went well.

In the meantime

Why print operators trust GraphX.

No surprise fees
Pricing is published, not hidden behind a "contact sales" wall.
Scales with you
One platform from a single shop to a multi-location network.
Built for print
By people who've run the workflows, not a software team building for a market they've never worked in.
§ 09Supply chain

What GraphX Connect brings to your supply chain.

GraphX Connect ties your shop to wholesale suppliers and trade partners without a spreadsheet in between. SanMar is fully wired today; S&S Activewear, Alphabroder and 4Over are in active development, with a public GA target of Q4 2026. § 10Straight answers

Common questions.

No gated whitepaper, no discovery call required first.

What is web-to-print software?

Web-to-print software lets a print business take orders through a branded online storefront instead of by email, phone or PDF. The customer configures a job, sees correct pricing, uploads artwork and pays, and the order arrives production ready. Also written web2print, W2P or web 2 print.

Do I have to replace my whole system at once?

No. Store, Pay and Grow are live today, and most shops start with just the storefront. Your existing estimating or production system keeps running until the connected products that replace it ship. That is the point of four adoption paths instead of one migration.

How much does GraphX cost?

Full Store starts at $850 per month, Lite Store at $450 per site per month. Implementation starts at $7,500 and lands at $10,000 for most shops. Optional Platform Care starts at $250 per month. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

How long does a web-to-print launch take?

Most print shop migrations land in the same estimated range as a new build — weeks, not quarters. Multi-department campuses and franchise networks run longer because there are more approvers, and additional sites clone from a proven store rather than starting blank.

Do I have to use GraphX Pay?

In the preferred operating model, yes — GraphX is your merchant processor, powered by Everyware, and that is part of why the subscription stays as competitive as it does. In-plant operations are the exception: internal purchasing handles payment, so merchant processing isn't required.

What suppliers can I sell from?

SanMar is fully wired today. S&S Activewear, Alphabroder and 4Over are in active development, with PromoStandards-based ordering for apparel and promo. Buy and Connect extend this to your own supplier agreements as they ship. Connect's public GA target is Q4 2026.
